Hello again!

I know I've been MIA for the last week and for no reason other than life gets

 busy and crazy sometimes even more so around the holidays. I never believed people when they would say...when you become a parent, life becomes a juggling act.  I am currently eating my words because that is EXACTLY what it becomes, although it can be a juggling act even when you aren't a parent! But you know what? I wouldn't change a thing. Even on sleepless nights when you are hallucinating from lack of sleep and all you want is for your freaking kid to sleep! Yep, even on those nights. With all thats going on in the world right now, I feel incredibly blessed and thankful that this is my life!

Ok, I'm done with the deep shit now.

Can we talk about this blazer? By far the best fitting, coolest blazer I have ever owned!

The one I'm wearing is a petite which turned out great cause I did't even have to take the sleeves up.

Jackpot.

This dress is without a doubt one of my most favorite pieces I've purchased all summer. I bought it on a whim because I of course waited until the absolute last possible minute to find something for our friend's wedding in Mexico. Nothing like shopping the night before you leave! Honestly, I gave birth to a child and also somehow birthed my brain in the process. I'm lucky that shit is attached!!

 I seriously walked into about 10 stores and was about ready to throw in the towel attend the wedding in my freaking bathing suit. I just so happened to see this little ditty staring at me in the corner of the store. I was being a negative Nancy and immediately thought, "it's not gonna be cute but I guess I'll try it anyway!" Boy was I wrong. It was perfect and fit like a glove. Hows that for fate?!

Also, happy last day of July??? WTF. How did that happen?

I can't really speak for other pregnant women but here's a piece of advice: When you find 

something that's exactly like a muumuu comfortable, you buy it and wear it multiple times a 

week. I've worn this dress at least 5 times in that last couple of weeks and with this heat wave 

we've been having it has saved me!

Yesterday was the most relaxing and chill Easter with

my fam (hence the extra casual get up)! We ate, laughed,

napped, ate and watched the boob tube. Best. Day. Ever.

Even though I dressed pretty low key, I added some sparkle

on my feet for good measure. The bunny is super into sequins,

especially in the form of genie shoes. Obvi.

And ummmm can't believe I'm saying this but...
