all summer long! It takes but 5 minutes to throw this on yet it still

feels totally out together. A definite plus in my book!

Festival season is coming up and it's always a good place
to people watch and spot new street style! I personally think
that if you are out in the sun and on your feet for a majority
of the day, then comfort should be key, don't you? But then
of course, I think most go with the "it's not how you feel its
how you look" theory!

I love the idea of being able to take a
simple and basic dress, throwing on a denim jacket, a pair of
booties and a big hat. Perfect for those days where you don't
know what to wear and don't feel like doing your
hair (or brushing it for that matter)! 

But how much cooler would it be if you could score the whole look

for under $100? Way cooler. I found everything at my favorite 

one-stop-shop....Target! Yep, I know you are just as excited as I am.
