Fringe

Asos Bodysuit  //  Levi's Shorts  //  Bag thanks to Jennifer Haley  //  Madewell Hat  //  Ray Ban Shades  //  Shoes

Pretty much cannot get enough of this fringe cross body! I've literally
worn it everyday since I got it and I'm not mad about it either. It gave the
absolute perfect amount of boho to this getup. Speaking of this getup,
I haven't worn a bodysuit (it's practically a freaking leotard) since my ballet
 days! Trip. out.

Side Splits

Asos Top love this one and this one too!  //  DL1961 Denim  //  BDG Sandals  //  Chanel bag  //  Ray Ban Shades  //  Jules Smith Lariat Necklace

Feeling so good and recharged after the long weekend!
The sun finally decided to show it's face yesterday but I didn't let
the gloominess put a damper on the weekend. We had lots o' family time,
food time, fun time and a little pool time (as evidenced here).

Wore this getup to a BBQ on Sunday and couldn't have been more
comfy! Some (my husband) might say I look like I'm wearing jammies and
slippers that I stole from a spa, but I stand behind this shit 100%. You gotta
own it!

Striped

Asos Top  //  Rag & Bone Jeans  //  Heels  //  Celine Bag  //  Celine Shades

It's Friday and it's a long weekend.
What could be better?!

Oh and….its the Nordstrom half-yearly sale y'all!
I will be taking my ass there this weekend to check it
out. But if I decide to spend the weekend in my pj's (don't you dare judge),
I will shop from the comfort of my couch with free shipping and free returns!

Casual Stripes

Asos Top  //  Rag & Bone Jeans  //  Superga Sneakers  //  Angels + Emeralds Necklace  //  Ray Ban Shades

Sometimes an outfit can be as simple as a striped tee, a good pair
of jeans, and sneakers. I often feel my best and most comfortable self
in the simplest of get ups!

What do you feel best in?

Cyber Monday Sales

I used to be a HUGE Black Friday shopper.
"Used To" being the operative words. Now that we have an
infant at home and sleep is a luxury, going out until all hours
of the night didn't sound all that appealing anymore! In fact,
our Black Friday Eve was spent cozied up with blankies,
Christmas movies and my computer! I did a little shopping
at the comfort of my own couch and loved it. So now that
Cyber Monday is upon us, here are the sales I'll be shopping!

Use code CYBER for 40% off the entire site!

Use code FC40BF for 40% off site wide!

Piperlime
Use code CYBERSALE for 30% of site wide + an extra 40% off sale items!

Asos
Use code ILOVEMONDAYS for 30% off site wide!

Casual Sunday

Asos Top  //  Cotton On Shorts  //  Superga Sneakers  //  Chanel Bag  //  Ray Ban Sunnies

Sunday I headed to brunch with my girlfriends to celebrate
my birthday! It was such a nice and rare moment to get out
and be amongst adults! We went to a super fun casual spot and
since time isn't on my side these days, getting my shit together by 10
is a fete in itself.  Soooo...I threw on my hat (a bad hair day
savior),  and just pulled the rest together!

Everyday has been a learning experience and a challenge on
how to navigate our new normal. It is no freaking joke when people
say having a baby changes EVERYTHING! Your old routines are
something you must learn to incorporate into a new and more jam packed
routine. But I'll tell you something, one smile from that baby and you forget
every single challenge and sleep deprived hour! There's nothing like it!

Happy Tuesday!

Leather + Stripes

Asos Top  //  Faux Leather Shorts old (similar pairs herehere)  //  Alexander Wang Bag  //  Ray Ban Sunnies  //  Converse Sneakers

Judging from my post at the beginning of the week you
now know that my "go to" colors are black and white.
Soooooo....it's no surprise how this get up came together!
I mean when you are sleep deprived and on auto pilot,
its always best to have cute and easy pieces to throw on :).
I scooped this shirt up last week and it's been on the rotation
ever since....the basics are where its at!

Uniform Basics

Helmut Lang Jacket  //  Asos Maternity Jeans  //  Gap Shirt  //  Rag & Bone Boots  //  YSL Bag  //  Madewell Sunnies

We were Springing and now we are back to chilly (for us)
weather. Mother Nature has her shit all mixed up!
So it was back to my uniform of denim and this jacket that
I have been wearing incessantly. Most of the time the basics are
just what you need. :)

Happy weekend!

Minimalism

Mossimo Vest ℅  //  Mossimo Shirt ℅  //  Asos Maternity Jeans (non-maternity version here)  //  Giambattista Valli  Heels  //  Ray Ban Shades

Although it's only for 9 short (it goes quick!) months, dressing a bump
does require effort and some new pieces to accommodate your growing bump!
With that being said, spending some serious loot on new pieces to
only wear temporarily doesn't really make any sense to me. Which is
why I'm stoked that I can stock up on super stylish and affordable pieces
at Target. Sounds like a commercial but I'm only speaking da truf! for reals.

Still feeling stylish and cute definitely helps pick you up when you don't quite
feel like yourself! I'm not a huge color or print person (watch I'll be biting
my tongue with this one) so minimalism is right up my alley! Simple,
chic, and sophisticated. Simple as that.

Craving: Ripped Denim

1  //  2  //  3  //  4  //  5  //  6

It's no secret that I have an affinity for ripped
denim, so I of course had to do a roundup of
my faves right now! Unfortunately I can't wear
any of them (without a belly band) but for all you expecting
mama's out there, I just scooped these up!
