Do you have a shirt that you've had for eons that you just can't let go of?

Ok, well let me just get to the point. I've legit had this shirt for YEARS.
There's multiple holes in it but I cannot part with it. It's become my go to
woobie. Club Monaco please make it again! But I guess there are worse
things to be attached to, right? Pretty sure the hole at the bottom grew
even larger when I put it over my belly! oops.

Raided the Nordstrom's department for these gems.
I knew the second I laid eyes on them they were meant
to be....and boy was my fashion instinct spot on! I may
or may not have worn them 3 days in a row but let's
not get caught up on specifics :). It's safe to say my
younger self is high giving my older self right about
now. Overalls for life!

In the Navy

This is a get up that I wore during the day with some

 sneakers to run some errands! Turned out that I took longer (I lag) than 

expected so we ended up being in a major rush to head to our dinner. 

 I had to think quick on my feet so I added the blazer and my favorite heeled 

sandals to take it from day to night. Was low key but still made me feel chic!

Most of the time my favorite outfits are pulled together in 2 minutes.

Easy Breezy

It's no secret that I'm a bit of a shoe slut (I make my mom proud on the reg) 

and I will say that these heels (yes I'm wearing them again GASP!)

 are hands down the best $89 I have ever spent! They are equal parts

comfy and sexy which is a huge plus. 

The other thing I can't get enough of? This gingham shirt!

It fits perfect and bonus? It's on major sale now! Of course

after I bought mine but nonetheless, you guys are stoked!

I love dressing up as much as the next chick but 

at my core I'm a jeans and t-shirt gal all the way. 

I mean...dressing up denim is part of the fun, right?!

I wasn't really feeling like wearing skinnies or anything

tight, so I opted for a loose and baggy pair of distressed

boyfriend jeans to go along with my grandma's fur stole. 

It proved to be a wise choice since right after this, my evening 

consisted of an eating marathon. I ate enough 7-layer dip 

to feed a small country....don't judge (that shizz was so good :).

Oh and one more thing....how wicked are those spidey web 

zippers on ma boots?! Love!

Pumped Up Kicks

Soooo...the day after Christmas the hubs and I 

put on our power suits (obvi) and braved the mall!

 Since I wanted to get in, get my sh*t done and get out, my sneaks

and puffer vest were comfy and easy to cruise around in. 

Plus, I wanted to be prepared...people get real serious about their

parking spots, fo realz!

Cali Casual

Since we had so much family in town for the holiday weekend,
we were eating and shopping our way thru the city! This laid back
casual look was easy to throw on and is the kind of Cali casual vibe

Oversized Specs

So one thing that's happened as I've gotten older is

my eye sight has gotten worse and as my doc says,
"it's time to take your prescription to the next level!"
But thankfully there are such cute and fun specs to choose from these days.
 I scored these babies and love how oversized and Harry Potter-esque they are...

Now I just need a wand! :)

I have only been able to wear this skirt a couple of

times (last seen here) since I bought it because it's been so hot!

But this weekend was a sign that Fall weather is 

definitely on the horizon. It cooled down, there

was multiple loaves of pumpkin bread made, and a

 a sweater was definitely needed after the sun went down!

High Up

This weekend reached temps of a cool 106 degrees. Fur realz. 

Since going out during the day sans clothing wasn't really an 

option (or legal for that matter), I hibernated until hubs and I had

date night! I must say, getting my hair up off my neck was the perfect solution

to dealing with the heat. Easy breezy.
