Sad that an amazing weekend full of food, fun, family, and did I mention FOOD has come to an end! This year I kept it comfy in jeans and a button up since the hubs and I always have to do 2 (yeah you heard me, 2!) Thanksgiving dinners. The first grub session is with my fam at 2:30 and the second one is with his at 6:00. Needless to say it's a day of eating followed by tryptophan induced comas...totally EPIC. ;)


This Thanksgiving I definitely reflected on all of the many things I'm thankful for, including you! 
So grateful for all of you and all of the amazing things that blogging has brought into my life. 
Your love and support are appreciated more than you know!

How was Turkey Day for all my stateside peeps? What about the weekend for everyone else!?

Mixed Bag

 The weather has started to cool down a bit, but we're still having 78-80 degree days so I'm not covering up the legs quite yet! It's perfect skirt/sweater weather.
Been so busy getting Shop Frankie's ready for the launch I haven't been shooting very many outfit pics. This was the first time this week I actually had to brush my hair and look pulled together to head to a meeting! Felt very fun and playful on the bottom and very business on the top.
The fashion mullet strikes again. Yes!

Have had this spotted jacket for about 3 years now and it most definitely does not get enough play time.

Perhaps it's because it gets lost in that abyss that I call a closet? 

Or perhaps it's because it's not one of my "go to" pieces?

Whatever the case may be, everytime I pull it out, 

I'm immediately reminded why I bought it.

Can you tell I was highly inspired by a dude when I got dressed in this get up? Clearly that was a rhetorical question, how could you miss that?! I had to throw in my Charles Jourdan loafer pumps to add a little edge with the patent and studs, and a touch of femininity with the stiletto heel. I am pretty much obsessed with these loafs...I have a feeling they will be a major staple come Fall. Oh wait, Fall is practically here..yippeee!
