Cute Style. Bad Name.

Dress: Urban Outfitters (similar), Shoes: Bottega Veneta, Belt: H&M, Bag: LV, Necklace Natalie B. (similar)

I have had this dress for at least 4 years and it still remains on regular rotation...so easy to just throw on, stick a belt over and go. I especially love how my Bottega booties go so perfect with it!

But let's get down to the serious stuff. Love the dress. Hate the name. Why must we call this style a pussybow?
I know the name has been tossed around the fashion world for eons, but really? I feel like a five year old every time I have to mutter the very word! So filthy and yet oh so sweet.

I'm a sucker for pussybow blouses, but I always feel awkward saying that I'm wearing one :) You look beautiful in it and those boots! Instant love.

I am so hearing you, I hate anything with the word pussy attached, makes me feel like Im talking about a b grade porn. Thankfully that dress is so freaking great we can apologise for the connotation - no porn star here folks.

I hate that name too - I think it is why I rarely wear the blouse I have with said name! And don't you love dresses like that - the ones that last forever and are such an easy throw on?

I hate the word pussybow too! Surely the geniuses capable of coming up with styles like that gorgeous dress and those amazing shoes could think of a better name. I'd love to see your shoe collection, they're always magnificent! <3shelby

l can definitely see why you keep coming back to this dress- the color with that bow (lol) are perfection.

I have a few pieces from a few years ago also (from Anthro) that I still keep coming back too :)
