Patriotic Cake Bites

                                                  Start piping the icing from the middle and move towards the outside.

 I've been on a serious baking spree (as seen here) and to continue the baking....

Every 4th for our family BBQ I'm in charge of the dessert! Since we are in and out
of the pool, chatting and having a good time, I figured I would simplify the dessert
this year. A "pop in your mouth"dessert was the perfect answer and it is beyond simple!

What you need:

1 box red velvet cake mix (prepare according to instructions)

Vanilla or Cream Cheese Frosting (I like this one)

Fresh Blueberries
Piping bag with closed star tip
Mini cupcake pan

Simple as that!
