Over the weekend we headed out to a "Concert in the Park"
with some friends...not only was the company good but it was
Queen-Nation night. Nothing like an old time band hittin' the park
circuit wearing wigs and tight pants to take us thru the night!
I know you are green with jealousy right now, so
I won't go on any further. :)
Anywho, I was in charge of the grub for the evening and I
wanted to make something that was quick, easy and delicious!
I had some fig jam that I've been dying to use, so I decided on
Turkey, Brie and Arugula sandwiches with fig jam.
Party in my mouth.
What you need:
Honey Turkey (sliced thin)
Wedge of Brie
Parchment Paper (or butcher paper)
Assemble, wrap and enjoy!
