I spend more time at the mall than I care to admit. 

Honestly, I don't even buy anything half the time (I'm not blowing smoke up your ass, it's true!).

It's just a place where I can mindlessly meander and chill. For some going to the mall sounds awful, but it's honestly my happy place! Back to the point…whilst meandering my little heart out, I just happened to spot this top in the window of Forever 21. Before I go on, 2 things I must point out: 

1. ok, so this is one of those times when I actually did buy something.  

2. I should be shopping at Forever 35 where they sell wine and sweatpants, but sometimes I like

to pretend I'm still 21 and fun.

Anyways…..I spotted the top, tried it, had to have it. Sweet and freaking simple.

so I went for prep on the top and edge on the bottom.
Business up top. Party down below.
Wait, that came out weird.

I took one of my Chanel earrings and clipped it on to the neck
tie to add a little something special!

Diggin on Denim

I'm loving the infusion of denim I'm seeing around these days...shirts, dresses, jeans (obvi), shorts...you name it. Dare I say that I have been feeling the denim on denim? I never thought that I would utter those words! Denim on denim reminds me of my dad's "staple" weekend outfit, to which he feels it necessary to wear to all kinds of occasions...who knew that I would be trying to borrow his denim shirt to rock as a "boyfriend" button up? Stranger things have happened..
